My recovery was fast and I became stronger mentally and physically. Pilates and yoga can produce miracles. I completed my Pilates Mat certification in 2000 in New York with Kelly Kane Core Integration. So very grateful for her time and wisdom. I began teaching in NJ in clubs and corporate fitness centers also offering personal training sessions. Along my way I have taught in MA NJ CA MD and Tampa Bay FL. I completed a power yoga certification with Adrienne Reed (pbs teacher) in 2013. Very grateful for all her time and knowledge. In my classes, I love to combine dynamic creative sequencing, props, playfulness, and some hard work. Stretches and breathwork are included throughout the session to leave you feeling nourished, balanced, and relaxed, with energy left for your day. In ten sessions you will feel the difference,In twenty you will see the difference, in thirty you will have a whole new body.~ J.H.Pilates</image:caption>

The studio welcomed me with open arms into its community. I quickly fell in love with yoga and learned how much more there is to it. I strive to keep learning and expanding my knowledge of yoga so that I can share that transformation with others. I would encourage anyone to try not only my class but every instructor as yoga includes such a wide breadth of styles. Learn from me, learn from others, and most importantly learn from your own body, self, and experiences.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Teacher / RYT-200 Hour Registered Yoga & Yoga Sports Trainer I started my yoga journey more than 14 years ago at a small studio in Jefferson City, MO. It was there that I was introduced to the practice that I would become devoted to for the rest of my life. I received my 200 Registered Yoga Teacher training with Ganga White & Tracey Rich at the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA. The teaching was focused on Hatha Yoga. I specialize in Vinyasa, Hot, Tranquil, Mixed-Levels, and Basic classes. I have also been certified in Yoga Sports Performance by Denise Hatch. This certification focuses on enhancing athlete’s abilities and also protecting and strengthening their mind and body. My previous teaching experience started 2011-2013 at Golds Gym in Merriam Kansas. While teaching at Golds Gym I also taught at Radiant Yoga and New Day Yoga both in Overland Park, Kansas from 2012 to July 2015. After leaving Golds Gym I took on 2 more classes a week at 68’s Inside Sports in Merriam from 2013 to July of 2015. I taught at Happiness Yoga Retreat (2015-2018) and currently teach 5 classes a week at Yoga4Fitness (Oct. 2018-present) both in Spring Hill, FL. Along with instructing group classes at the gyms and studio’s I’ve organized private and group classes in the parks and at local establishments. One of my most successful, ongoing classes is a twice a month class at Strong Tower Winery in Spring Hill, FL, which I have been doing for over 4 years. I enjoy teaching and sharing the benefits of yoga with others. I offer a focused, challenging and meditative approach in my classes. I believe that yoga is a personal, physical, and spiritual practice. This carries into my teaching as I encourage my students to expand their boundaries in each class and into their daily lives. <image:caption>Teacher / RYT-200 Dorothy Baudry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Queens College City University of New York, is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Florida, a Traditional Usui Reiki Teacher Level III, a Certified Spiritual Director and currently a Yoga instructor. Dorothy’s skills in the art of listening allow her to blend all these modalities that are best for the well-being of the follower. Her specialties are Swedish, Reiki, Reflexology, Ayurvedic and Aromatherapy massage and Living Yoga. She has been practicing Yoga through her adult life. It always helps her meditate, become more conscious of life and centered. Enjoying her work with others through massage and Reiki, her interest always moved towards the internal journey that she encounters and shares with others. Yoga has internalized and nurtured the gifts of empathy, compassion, love and living in the present moment. When she entered the doors of the House of Light Yoga Studio and worked with Kasia and her teachers, she had found her home. A home to learn how to integrate all the other skills acquired through these years. Her Yoga practice is a flow of breath and movement, stretching, resting and meditation. This flow of life enables the yogi to find their true self and live fully.</image:caption>
