Iron Yoga

I’ve come to yoga after a long journey. Several years ago I was very much over weight, out of shape and in bad health. One day while visiting my father I realized I needed to change and I’ve been on a physical fitness journey ever since. I’m a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and now 200 HR RYT yoga teacher. I found that I like to share my experience and knowledge with others as much as possible and through teaching of physical fitness and yoga I’m able to impact information that will hopefully change peoples’ lives.
