Kelly is an adventure-loving, life-loving yogi who thinks you are awesome. She experimented with yoga over the years, but committed fully after years of activity- crossfit, weightlifting, running and roller derby. Like many other students of yoga, the benefits of the practice proved to be much greater than physical rejuvenation, revealing valuable tools for everyday life. As a teacher, Kelly believes everyone deserves to feel like the badass they truly are and aims to help you find it, on and off your mat. Kelly is a student of many styles, but Ashtanga yoga is her passion. Her goal is to make the athletic practice and moving meditation she loves accessible to a wider audience of students.
